Any downtime due to a computer or network failure can cripple a business. Our business support contracts give you the peace of mind that should anything happen we will respond to your problem within a given period. We also guarantee that if we do not respond within that time period specified we give you back additional cover under the contract.

All clients who are supported under our contracts also benefit from having their key servers etc, monitored on a minute by minute basis 24 / 7 this means if a fault occurs our engineers are aware of the problem immediately and can respond ASAP.

In addition staff can report a fault via our Support Suite system (see link below) which enables them to check progress as the issue is addressed we also offer secure remote assistance via ISL Light which minimises on site visits and reduces costs.

With our support contracts you will receive phone and remote support immediately and should an engineer be required on-site they will attend within pre agreed time, as little as 4 hours !

We also offer support to non maintenance customers via our secure online support system, this is then charged to account or via our payment system.
